I Interviewed My 96 Year Old Father-In-Law

Sometimes you just have to seize the opportunity when you have it. On Thanksgiving this year while the rest of the family was in the other part of the house enjoying each other I decided to interview my 96 year old father-in-law. You can hear the family in the back round so it’s not the best video but I may never get a chance to do this again.

I asked him what’s most important in life.

I asked him about his faith.

I asked him what he looks forward to.

He said, “You get paid dividends for doing the right thing.” He talked of marrying the “right” person.

Any regrets? His answer may surprise you.

For this week I wanted to share this inspiring talk with my husband’s dad. The family in the back round just adds the icing on the cake.

Be blessed my friends. Enjoy your loved ones.

Fondly,

Lu

It’s awesome to come across a blog every once in a while that isn’t
the same unwanted rehashed material. Excellent
read! I’ve bookmarked your site and I’m including your RSS feeds to
